We want you to be comfortable subscribing to Almenu. This policy explains when and how you can get your money back.

Free trial

The free trial carries no charge, so there is nothing to refund.

Paid subscriptions (monthly and yearly)

• You can request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment, without giving a reason.
• After 14 days we do not offer partial refunds for the remaining period.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and will not renew.

Services and add-ons

Services we perform for you, such as uploading your paper menu or custom design, are also refundable within 14 days unless the work has been completed and delivered.

How to request a refund

Email info@almenu.online with the email address on your account and the payment date. We reply within 3 business days and refund to the original payment method.

Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
