Welcome to Almenu Platform (almenu.online), a subscription software service (SaaS) that lets restaurants, cafes, sweet shops and small stores create an online menu, link-in-bio pages, booking pages and simple stores, and receive orders through WhatsApp. These Terms govern the relationship between Almenu and the businesses that subscribe to it and the visitors of their pages. The Arabic version is the original; this English version is provided for convenience.

1. Who we are

Almenu Platform is operated by BS Arabic, a sole proprietorship of Mohamed Ahmed Abdelrahman Ibrahim, Saudi Arabia. Contact: info@almenu.online.

2. The service

Almenu is a technical tool only. We do not charge commission on your orders and we are not a party to any sale between a business and its customers. Orders are sent from the customer to the business directly through WhatsApp, and the business alone is responsible for preparing, delivering and pricing what it sells.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and current registration details and keep your login secure.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account and for the content you publish.
  • You must not publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or use the platform for abuse or fraud.

4. Plans, payment and renewal

  • We offer a 30-day free trial and paid plans billed monthly, yearly, or as a one-time purchase (Lifetime plan). Prices are shown on our pricing page in Saudi Riyal (SAR) or the currency shown at checkout.
  • The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no renewal and includes full support and customization compatible with platform updates. You may use it for as long as the platform operates. If we decide to discontinue the platform, we will give you at least 90 days' notice and let you export your data and menus before shutdown.
  • Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, taxes (VAT/GST where applicable), invoicing and payment-related support. Bank transfer may also be available on request.
  • Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel; the one-time Lifetime plan does not renew. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • We may change prices in the future with prior notice. A price change does not apply to a billing period already paid.

5. Refunds

You may request a full refund of any subscription payment within 14 days of the charge, without giving a reason. See our Refund Policy.

6. Your content and intellectual property

You own the content you upload (texts, images, prices, logos). You grant us a limited licence to host and display it to provide the service. The platform software, design and brand belong to Almenu.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
